For each system explore:

• Pockets detected by Volsite
• Functional binding sites predicted by Indeep
• Calculated hot spots
• Pocket similarity metric calculated using Volsite descriptors

The first part lists the systems compatible with your search, and the first item in this result is loaded into the second part.

The second part allows you to visualize the system, where you can:

• If available, overlay existing protein-ligand systems for this system.
• View and adjust the interactibility or druggability zones determined by our InDeep tool. InDeep can also be used through the InDeep-Net application.
• Change the representation of the different loaded systems.
• Visualize the calculated hotspots (key residues in protein-protein interaction).
• View the pockets detected by Volsite.
